Processing purposes
CGRFA BVBA collects and processes clients' personal data for client and order management (such as client administration, following up orders/deliveries, invoicing, following up solvency, profiling and sending marketing and personalised promotional material).
Legal grounds for processing
Personal data is processed pursuant to Article 6.1 (a) consent and (b) necessary for the performance of a contract, of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The client retains the right to withdraw his/her consent.
Transfer to third parties
Personal data is not transferred to third parties.
Storage period
Personal data is processed for client management purposes and will be stored for the duration necessary to comply with the legal requirements (including in the field of bookkeeping).
Right to consultation, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and the transferability of personal data
The client has the right at all times to consult his/her personal data and may have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete, erased, restrict the processing thereof and object to it being processed on the basis of Article 6.1 (e) or (f), including profiling based on these provisions. Moreover, the client has the right to obtain a copy (supplied in a structured, common and machine-readable form) of his/her personal data and have the personal data sent to a different company.
